• Conduct remote individual counseling sessions with clients through video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.
• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address the unique needs of each client.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that highlight the client's goals and track their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Assist clients in gaining deeper insights regarding their emotions, experiences, and relationships.
• Implement strategies that foster the growth of healthy coping mechanisms, enabling clients to manage their mental health more effectively.

This role primarily focuses on serving stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients range from individuals dealing with stress and anxiety to those navigating relationship issues. Our aim is to enhance their quality of life and provide tools that empower them to overcome obstacles in their daily lives.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent). Candidates with provisional licenses will not be considered.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural empathy for client needs.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, including video conferencing tools.
• A reliable internet connection, along with a computer with webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions.

While a minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with varied populations, particularly in a remote or telehealth capacity. Familiarity with client management software and treatment planning tools will be advantageous.

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000, reflecting your experience and chosen hours. We also offer:
