• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with the needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring effective intervention strategies.
• Document clinical session notes promptly and accurately, adhering to compliance and quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to foster therapeutic relationships, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, collaborate on best practices, and contribute to service improvements.

Your primary focus will be on working with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. You will play a crucial role in providing innovative care tailored to each individual's background and unique situation, helping them navigate their mental health journey and achieve positive outcomes.

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited university.
• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, enabling you to provide clinical psychotherapy.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering effective therapy to adult patients.
• Strong proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based practices.
• Excellent writing skills for documenting therapy sessions with clarity and professionalism.
• A clean disciplinary record with no findings against your practice by any licensing body.

• Previous experience in a remote or telehealth therapy setting, demonstrating adaptability to digital tools and workflows.
• Training in a diverse set of therapeutic modalities to cater to varying client needs.
• Participation in ongoing professional development activities, ensuring current knowledge of best practices in mental health care.
