Key Responsibilities- Deliver empathetic and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood.
- Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities and evidence-based practices to create effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Collaborate with clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, facilitating the development of personal insights that drive healing.
- Monitor and assess client progress during therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Support clients in the development of healthy coping mechanisms and life skills, empowering them to navigate challenges independently.
