• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' circumstances, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation according to ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care and referrals as necessary.
• Participate in continuous professional development and team meetings to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse clients who may have limited access to traditional mental health services, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will help them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and patient engagement.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health care and counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma treatment, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a telehealth capacity, familiar with digital platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
