Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding internet services
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity service issues
- Assist customers with starting, transferring, moving, or disconnecting services
- Schedule technician appointments when necessary
- Process billing inquiries and collect payments securely
- Research customer accounts to identify the correct services and provide accurate resolutions
- Document every customer interaction in the appropriate systems
- Update customer account information as needed
- Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service on every call
Qualifications
- 1 year previous call center/technical or troubleshooting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and browser tabs simultaneously
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- The ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer interactions
- A willingness to learn new systems and technology
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success
$15 - $15 an hour
Starting pay - $15/hr plus shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds)
Working hours between - 7:00am-7:30pm (CST) ; Work Days - M-F and rotational weekends
Paid Training - typically 2 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
