The Healing Minds Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our fully digital team. In this full-time position, you will provide essential support through virtual therapy sessions to low-acuity adults navigating various mental health challenges. This position is completely remote, allowing you to manage your schedule while providing therapy from the comfort of your own home. The flexible work environment enables you to work without on-call demands, from Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. • Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, employing teletherapy techniques to facilitate engaging and impactful conversations.
• Encourage clients to openly share their emotions and experiences to help deepen their self-awareness and relationships with others.
• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in identifying their personal goals and establishing a path toward achieving them.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing an evidence-based, solution-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment notes and progress in adherence with ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and to refer clients to additional resources as needed.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults, providing support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, mild depression, and stress management. Your focus will be on instilling hope and facilitating personal growth in clients who are motivated to improve their mental well-being. Your ability to create a non-judgmental space will empower clients to engage actively in their treatment journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• Strong computer literacy skills for managing telehealth sessions and utilizing digital record-keeping systems.

• Proven experience working with diverse client populations and employing various therapeutic modalities.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling best practices.
• Ability to utilize data-driven outcome measures to assess therapy effectiveness.
• Strong professional judgement and decision-making skills for treatment planning and execution.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with the experience and number of hours worked. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
