This position offers a 100% remote work setting, allowing you to set your own schedule and work from anywhere. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, maintaining ethical standards and a compassionate approach.
• Employ solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific goals and challenges faced by your clients.
• Provide guidance and insights that help clients navigate their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote the development of effective coping mechanisms.

You will primarily serve a diverse group of stable, low acuity adults who present with a range of mental health needs. This could include issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Your role is essential in helping clients build the necessary skills to improve their overall functioning and quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current, unrestricted license is mandatory, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are crucial.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth technologies is essential for this role.

• Experience working with low acuity adult populations is beneficial.
• Prior telehealth experience will be advantageous for adapting to our virtual care model.
• Proficiency in various treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 yearly, depending on your number of working hours and case load. Additionally, we provide:
