As a remote mental health counselor, you will work in a position that offers both flexibility and comfort. You will have the option to choose your working hours, whether you are looking for full-time shifts (30+ hours per week) or part-time opportunities (5+ hours per week). • Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate mental health counseling to clients through video chat, ensuring accessibility and comfort.
• Conduct thorough ongoing assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate the development of coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques among clients.
• Document session notes and treatment progress in a clear and effective manner, adhering to professional and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular communication with peer counselors and administrative staff to optimize client care and enhance service delivery.

Your main focus will be working with stable, low-acuity adults who are looking for support in managing day-to-day challenges. These may include issues related to anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and life transitions. Your expertise will play a critical role in empowering clients to improve their mental wellness and achieve personal growth.

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current independent state license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Experience providing mental health counseling without the need for supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of computer literacy are essential for this role.
• A stable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection is critical for conducting video counseling sessions.

• Demonstrated experience working with adult clients in a virtual or remote counseling setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly those aimed at low-acuity populations.
• Experience with digital counseling tools and telehealth platforms.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
