As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will work remotely, offering the flexibility to manage your schedule and providing care from the comfort of your home or any location with internet access. • Conduct remote individual counseling sessions through secure video platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate treatment.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, outlining goals and interventions that resonate with client experiences.

You will primarily work with stable and low-acuity adults who seek support in managing anxiety, stress, and various life transitions. Utilizing teletherapy, you will connect with a diverse clientele, allowing for significant reach beyond local limitations and fostering a broader impact in addressing mental health challenges.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy through remote platforms or a strong willingness to adapt to various telehealth technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients in virtual interactions.
• A commitment to understanding and respecting cultural diversity in client care.

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote therapy role is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to specialize in areas relevant to our patient demographics.
• Ability to navigate electronic health records and digital counseling tools efficiently.
