Our work setting is entirely remote, allowing our Mental Health Counselors to engage with clients through state-of-the-art telehealth technologies. • Provide individualized mental health counseling sessions to adults who present with low-acuity mental health challenges, using video chat to ensure accessibility.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to gauge clients’ progress and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each individual’s needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients develop coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication methods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation to track treatment efficacy and communicate with interdisciplinary teams as needed.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development and stay current on best practices in mental health care.

The primary focus of this position is to serve stable and low-acuity adult clients who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. Our clientele often includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, career-related stress or relationship issues. Counselors will have the chance to work with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, making each interaction unique and impactful.

• Mandatory possession of a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current and independent licensure in California as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD, without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate communication and the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and a stable Wi-Fi connection to conduct video counseling sessions effectively.

• Experience in providing counseling services via remote platforms, fostering a virtual therapeutic relationship.
• Background in working with adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, contributing to a collective goal of enhancing patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to USD 105,000 annually, in addition to a signing bonus for eligible candidates. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a flexible schedule that allows counselors to create hours that work best for them. Counselors will also receive weekly direct deposit payments and unlimited referrals to support client intake and caseload management.
