This position is entirely remote, enabling counselors to conduct sessions from the comfort of their homes. • Conduct engaging one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on emotional and psychological support for stable adults.
• Thoroughly screen clients to ensure their mental health conditions are well-suited for your expertise and that they present with low acuity issues.
• Facilitate discussions with clients, encouraging them to express their emotions and reflect on their experiences to foster self-discovery and foster interpersonal relationships.
• Evaluate clients to identify a range of mental health concerns, including grief, anxiety, and stress, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement treatment strategies utilizing solution-focused approaches, continuously monitoring client progress and adapting interventions as necessary to promote healthier coping mechanisms.
• Be proactive in scheduling, managing, and securing a robust caseload that complements your professional preferences and daily availability.

The client population primarily consists of emotionally struggling adults, selected based on a thorough screening process that ensures only those with stable conditions and lower acuity levels engage in counseling services. This focus allows counselors to work effectively with a demographic that is motivated to improve their mental health and well-being.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent counselor license, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; applicants must have no disciplinary actions on their record.
• Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with online counseling platforms.

• Experience providing mental health counseling in a remote capacity is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective treatment plans and interventions.
• Strong background in handling diverse client populations and conditions.

• Salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually for full-time counselors, with part-time professionals earning approximately USD 65,000 per year based on hours worked.
• Weekly direct deposit for timely and reliable payment.
