This role is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location that offers internet connectivity. Our platform utilizes secure online video chat for all sessions, ensuring that you can connect with clients without the hassles of commuting. You will have the flexibility to design your own work schedule, with core hours supported from Monday to Friday.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide psychotherapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain clear and coherent records to monitor client progress.
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our network to share best practices, insights, and resources.
• Stay updated on latest mental health trends and treatment methodologies to provide the highest standard of care.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults seeking support for a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our patient population encompasses diverse backgrounds and needs, and reflects a commitment to inclusivity and cultural competency in all interactions.

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Strong documentation skills to ensure accurate recording of client interactions.
• A clear professional record with no disciplinary actions from relevant licensing boards.

• Previous work experience in a telehealth setting is an advantage.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly CBT.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate client documentation.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster meaningful connections with clients.
