• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations.
• Provide high-quality clinical psychotherapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate their healing journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and mental health objectives.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to adjust treatment approaches as needed, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new practices, share insights, and enhance professional skills.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Mental Strengthening, you will primarily work with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse patient population encompasses individuals from all walks of life, requiring a nuanced understanding of their unique backgrounds and circumstances. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their emotional health and achieve sustainable improvement.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid mental health license (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) in the state where you practice.
• Two or more years of professional experience delivering clinical psychotherapy, particularly focused on adult clientele.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, conducive to effective patient documentation and collaboration.
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your professional license.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Experience working in telehealth or remote therapy settings is highly valued.
• Proven ability to navigate technology comfortably, enabling seamless engagement during virtual sessions.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
