In this full-time role, you will provide critical support and therapeutic services to adults who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges but are deemed stable and low-acuity. This opportunity offers you the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.

About the Organization

Zenith's Mental Health Solutions is a progressive mental health organization based in Santa Barbara, California. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals facing mental health issues by equipping them with essential coping and life skills. We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and collaborative work environment designed to foster growth and innovation in mental health treatment. Our dedicated team of professionals engages in ongoing training and development to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a work-life balance that many professionals seek. You will have the autonomy to create your schedule within the operational hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our telehealth setting eliminates the need for onsite work, and you will utilize the latest digital tools for video conferencing, case management, and electronic health records, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one video chat therapy sessions aimed at enhancing the emotional and psychological well-being of clients.
  • Facilitate discussions wherein clients can express their emotions and experiences, promoting self-discovery and insight into their relationships.
  • Act as a client advocate, assisting them in identifying their personal goals and developing practical strategies to achieve them.
  • Assess clients' mental health conditions and formulate robust, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their needs, employing a solutions-focused approach.
  • Utilize an electronic health record system to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and peer consultations to share insights and develop best practices within the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, mild depression, and stress-related challenges. Our clients are generally stable, seeking ongoing support to enhance their coping mechanisms and life skills. The therapeutic services offered are designed to empower clients to manage their mental health proactively.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • A valid independent license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Exceptional computer literacy skills and proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with various patient populations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, health insurance, a retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. You will also be eligible for support in your professional development through continuing education opportunities.

Career Growth Opportunities

At Zenith's Mental Health Solutions, we are committed to the continuous professional development of our staff. You will find numerous opportunities to enhance your skills through workshops, training programs, and mentorship initiatives. We offer clear pathways for career advancement within the organization, encouraging you to take on new challenges and leadership roles as you grow in your practice.

Why Join Our Team

By joining Zenith's Mental Health Solutions, you will become part of a mission-driven team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families. Our supportive work culture fosters collaboration, and you'll have the freedom to customize your practice while helping clients achieve their personal goals. If you are a licensed mental health professional looking to work in a fulfilling, fully remote environment, we invite you to apply.

Application Information

Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their application, including a resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.
