You will work primarily via video conferencing, making it convenient to balance your work and personal life.

• Conduct ethical and empathetic mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions, accommodating clients' schedules and preferences.
• Employ solution-focused therapeutic modalities, enhancing individual therapy sessions to address the distinct needs of each client.
• Collaboratively develop effective treatment plans that reflect the goals and aspirations of your clients, leading to personalized therapeutic journeys.
• Support clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and empowerment.
• Monitor client progress regularly and assist with the development of healthy coping mechanisms, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our approach emphasizes creating a safe and supportive space, allowing clients to explore their feelings and build resilience in their daily lives. The ultimate goal is to enhance their overall quality of life through effective therapeutic practices.

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold one of the following unrestricted licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses. Candidates must have a clean professional background with no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to providing compassionate care to clients.
• Proficient in using technology and comfortable with telehealth tools.

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, any specialized training in modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care is highly beneficial.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 yearly depending on your working hours and experience level. You will also receive a sign-on bonus, along with a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Other benefits include:
