Position Overview

Chat and Change Mental Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in Orlando, Florida. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide crucial mental health services to diverse patients facing a range of psychological challenges. In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to foster improvements in mental health and emotional well-being among individuals struggling with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while ensuring our patients receive uninterrupted services. Your primary working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Communication with colleagues and patients will be facilitated through telehealth platforms and secure electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring your ability to provide care efficiently and effectively from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver psychotherapy and other mental health services tailored to patients with various mental health conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ psychological, emotional, and social functioning, providing a holistic view of their needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists and primary care physicians to develop coordinated treatment plans.
  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent and address the unique strengths and challenges of each patient.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment strategies based on clinical feedback and patient responses.
  • Offer education and supportive resources to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

Qualifications
