The position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through video chat. As part of a community health clinic, you will receive unlimited administrative and technological support, enabling you to focus entirely on client care. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing evidence-based techniques to improve clients’ mental health.
• Facilitate conversations that encourage clients to express their emotions and experiences, guiding them toward self-discovery and personal growth.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, helping them articulate their goals and aspirations throughout the therapeutic process.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, collaboratively developing and implementing effective treatment plans that focus on practical, solution-oriented approaches derived from your clinical expertise.
• Remain current on best practices and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and improve client outcomes.

Our client base consists of carefully screened adults, predominantly with low acuity mental health needs. We ensure that clients are matched with counselors who have relevant specialties and demographic preferences, optimizing the therapeutic alliance and enhancing client outcomes. This collaborative approach allows you to focus on providing tailored care rather than managing complex, severe cases.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full license to practice independently, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Effective communication skills and a strong ability to engage with clients.
• Proficiency with technology and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in community mental health settings or those who have provided remote therapy will be viewed favorably. A background that demonstrates the ability to work with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies in mental health practice is beneficial.

The salary for this part-time position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked. Employees benefit from:
