Counseling sessions will take place via a secure video chat platform, which serves as your online office, facilitating live interactions, messaging, and therapy management.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing your assessment skills to improve clients' mental health status.
• Encourage open dialogue on emotions and lived experiences, providing clients with deeper insights into their patterns of behavior and relationships.
• Act as a strong advocate for your clients by developing tailored goals while integrating a solution-focused approach into treatment plans.
• Utilize clinical knowledge to evaluate mental health conditions, implement evidence-based interventions, and monitor progress throughout therapy.

The clients you will work with are pre-screened, ensuring that they are stable adults managing low-acuity mental health concerns. This allows you to focus your expertise on individuals who are ready to engage in their mental health journey. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a fully unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to demonstrate empathy, active listening, and a commitment to ethical practices.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and technology is essential, enabling you to effectively conduct remote sessions and manage client information.

A minimum of two years of documented experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Experience working with adults in a virtual setting is advantageous and will help you adapt more swiftly to our operational model. The annual salary range for this position is competitive, from $90,000 to $104,000, based on your working hours and experience. We offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive for new hires, alongside a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors to support your health and well-being. Payments are directly deposited on a weekly basis, ensuring financial stability.
