• Conduct confidential individual mental health counseling sessions through video chat, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices.
• Utilize solution-based therapy approaches tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.
• Assess the mental health needs of low-acuity adults and establish personalized therapy goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote insights into clients' thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor client progress in therapy and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and support systems to foster their well-being.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance on various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. Your approach will center on building rapport and understanding each client's unique circumstances and goals, which will directly impact their therapeutic journey.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current active license for independent practice as a mental health professional in the state of Oregon, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• No history of disciplinary actions on the license.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature that fosters trust and connection with clients.
• Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with digital therapy platforms and remote counseling tools.

• Prior experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the latest developments in psychotherapy, evidence-based treatment modalities, and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• A history of working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competence in therapy.

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on your working hours and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
