• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat aimed at improving the mental wellness of clients.

The clients you will be working with have been rigorously screened prior to seeking your services. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a full license by the state board to independently practice without supervision, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses accepted; candidates must be in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client relations are essential.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling is required.

While not mandatory, experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with client management software can provide an advantage in transitioning smoothly into this role.
