They are responsible for guiding prospects through the online sales funnel, nurturing client relationships, and successfully meeting revenue quotas.

Online sales representatives perform all the revenue-driving tasks of a traditional salesperson, but they execute them virtually: [1]


  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: They use live video conferencing tools to deliver personalized presentations, showcase product features, and overcome objections.
  • Customer Engagement: They handle incoming digital inquiries via live chat,answer customer questions and assist with the purchasing process.
