• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to help improve clients’ mental health conditions.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore emotions and experiences, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, assisting them in defining realistic goals based on their personal circumstances.
• Evaluate clients' mental health status and develop comprehensive treatment plans that utilize a solution-based approach rooted in clinical best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress through our secure digital platforms.

As a counselor at Conviva Care, you will work with a carefully curated population of clients. All clients are stable adults with low acuity levels, ensuring that you can provide effective support without the complications that can come from dealing with severe cases. Clients are matched to you based on your specialties, ensuring alignment with your skills and professional preferences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Full licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in good standing to practice independently without supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency in technology and ability to comfortably use telehealth platforms for video and text-based counseling.

• Previous telehealth experience, including familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Experience working in community health settings or with diverse patient populations.
