Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations and aspirations.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems for tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
