Job description

Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team in support of a newly awarded contract. This remote role requires travel and supports project schedule review and analysis activities to ensure timelines are reasonable and contract-compliant.

This is a part-time on-call position. It's an estimated 200 hours of work within six months.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Review contractor CPM schedules.
  • Assist with schedule updates and progress tracking.
  • Review Time Impact Analyses (TIAs).
  • Support schedule risk and delay assessments.
  • Provide scheduling input to project reports.

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Required Experience:
    • The Certified Scheduler shall have a minimum of at least five (5) years in experience in performing schedule development and analysis using P6, preferably for large federal programs, and have certification as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), or equivalent.
