This pivotal leadership role drives strategic direction and comprehensive operational oversight for our Virtual Integrated Care (VIC) programs, ensuring the delivery of highly specialized, compassionate, life-saving care. The System Manager will be the central figure accountable for operational and performance excellence across CommonSpirit Health's VIC initiatives.

This role will strategically optimize patient flow, clinical efficiency, and financial performance by expertly managing multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include:

- Operational Excellence: Overseeing regulatory compliance, advanced technology adoption, and resource allocation to ensure optimal outcomes and enhanced patient safety.

- Leading and developing critical care virtual nursing teams, overseeing scheduling, time, and professional growth.
- Identifying and addressing barriers to new critical care models, ensuring alignment with national guidelines.
- Driving change through expert negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing across all management levels.
- Communicating innovative concepts to foster cultural transformation and shared governance enterprise-wide.
- Supporting regional leadership in staff engagement for new care model designs and achieving transformation KPIs.
- Demonstrating expertise in virtual and interprofessional critical care models, influencing clinical processes and objectives.
