This position is 100% remote, providing the flexibility needed to balance professional demands with personal commitments. While you will work independently, you will also be part of a coordinated team of mental health professionals who prioritize collaboration and community outreach. The work is primarily conducted through telehealth, allowing for a rapid response to client needs while ensuring high-quality care is always delivered.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to establish clear clinical diagnoses, evaluate clients' mental health concerns, and identify strengths and challenges.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, including family and group therapy, adapting therapeutic techniques based on clients' unique cultural backgrounds and needs.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to foster positive change in clients.
• Develop and monitor patient-centric treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions to track progress effectively.
• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and additional support staff, to ensure integrated and holistic treatment approaches.
• Offer crisis intervention services by performing risk assessments and developing comprehensive safety plans for high-risk individuals.
• Advocate for clients’ rights, facilitate connections to community resources, and provide ongoing case management support.
• Actively participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives aimed at reducing mental health stigma and improving access to services.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. This includes working closely with clients in a detox setting, where compassionate care and support play critical roles in their recovery journey. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving mental wellness, empowering clients toward long-term health and stability.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding and commitment to cultural competence are essential to provide appropriate care for our diverse client base.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities are necessary to thrive in this role.

• Experience working in community mental health settings or detox facilities is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and methodologies related to substance use and mental health treatment.
• Experience in crisis management and knowledge of community resources available to clients is a strong asset.
