Position Summary
We are casting a ling for a D365 Finance & Supply Chain Business Solutions Consultant who combines deep functional expertise with a strong understanding of business operations. This individual will partner with business leaders to design, implement, and continuously improve solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM). We are fishing for a Business Process Consultant to support our clients Finance and Procurement - in this role you will be providing guidance and support for the company's business processes as they are budling and transforming the business with new systems and integrations. The key to this role is acting at the liaison and SME with deep knowledge in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain. The ideal candidate understands not only the technology, but also how business processes work across finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, project operations, and construction-related workflows. Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Construction Management industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable D365 solutions.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, and Project Operations.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend best practices that improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
  • Configure and support Procurement and Sourcing, including vendor management, purchasing, approvals, and contract processes.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, warehouse, purchasing, and project management teams to ensure system capabilities align with business needs.
  • Support integration with third-party applications and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Create functional specifications and work closely with technical developers to deliver enhancements.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support after implementation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for future business process improvements and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong expertise in:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working with implementation partners and managing ERP projects.
