Casino VIP Host

Betr

Charleston, WV • Remote

Job description

ABOUT BETR
Founded in 2022 by Joey Levy and Jake Paul, Betr has built the world's first real money gaming Super App.  The Betr Super App currently consists of Picks, Social Sportsbook, Social Casino, and Arcade - and will soon include Prediction Markets alongside other new products.  Betr has one million paying users and is one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.

Betr is also the world's most followed real money gaming brand on social media.

About the Role:
The Betr team is looking for a Casino VIP Host to act as the primary relationship lead for our most engaged players. This is a high-impact role where relationship management meets strategic operations. You will be responsible for the daily health of our VIP book, ensuring we are delivering a premium experience while maintaining a sharp eye on profitability. You will report to the VIP Manager and work closely with the Head of Retention to oversee player bonusing, help build out the VIP lifecycle, and advise on the casino updates that will keep our players choosing Betr.

PREFERENCE: While this role is Miami-preferred, we are open to candidates from all locations and are focused on finding the best overall fit for the position.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage a Dedicated Player Book: Own the end-to-end relationship with a portfolio of VIPs, driving engagement and loyalty through personalized outreach (SMS, phone, email).

  • Bonus Oversight & Execution: Oversee the bonusing for your assigned players; ensuring we are rewarding the right behaviors, managing reinvestment rates effectively, and protecting company margins.

  • Strategic Product Advisory: Act as the "Voice of the Player" by advising the product team on which game providers, titles (e.g., high-limit tables, specific slots), and features are needed to improve the VIP experience.

  • Lifecycle & Strategy Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP lifecycle, from initial "potting" and onboarding to long-term loyalty milestones.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze player activity to ensure bonuses are aligned with "Theoretical Win" and actual play, rather than just reacting to player requests.

  • Gather & Translate Feedback: Systematically collect player insights regarding site UX/UI and competition, translating "player talk" into actionable feedback for the Retention and Product teams.

  • Monitor Player Health: Track activity drops and behavioral shifts to execute proactive reactivation strategies before churn occurs.

  • Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all interactions and player incentives adhere to regulatory standards and responsible gaming protocols.

Bonus Points:
  • Deep knowledge of the current iGaming landscape (top-performing slots, live dealer trends, and emerging providers).

  • Experience in "reinvestment rate" calculations; knowing exactly how much a player is "worth" in bonus spend.

About You:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Casino Hosting, VIP Account Management, or luxury relationship management (Hospitality, Sales, or Premium Concierge).

  • Sharp Commercial Instincts: You understand that bonusing is an investment; you know when to be generous and when to hold the line to protect the P&L.

  • High EQ & Communication: You are a natural "people person" who can navigate high-pressure situations and maintain rapport with high-net-worth individuals.

  • Product Savvy: You have a genuine passion for Casino games and understand what makes a gaming experience "premium" versus "standard."

  • Proactive & Growth-Oriented: You don’t just wait for instructions; you identify gaps in our offering and suggest solutions to the Head of Retention.

  • Highly Organized: Comfort managing high-volume communication across multiple channels while keeping meticulous records in a CRM.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using CRM platforms (like Salesforce or Zendesk) or internal back-office tools to manage player accounts and bonus triggers.
