Job Description

Our Online Casino Dealers come from many different backgrounds, including customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, and other people-facing roles. No previous casino experience is required - we provide paid training.

What You'll Do

  • Deal live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Poker on camera.
  • Chat naturally with players about pop culture, sports, music, and trivia.
  • Handle cards and game equipment accurately.
  • Keep conversations friendly, upbeat, inclusive, and entertainment-focused.

  • Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment.
  • Able to follow game procedures and studio standards.
  • Able to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license.
