• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs using standardized diagnostic tools, creating individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services via secure video conferencing or telephonic communication, ensuring each session addresses the unique needs of clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and adjustments to treatment plans based on client progress.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual client preferences.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Your work will primarily involve serving a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Many clients may also face challenges related to life transitions, relationship issues, or emotional regulation. • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients and build rapport in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach, ensuring clients feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic process.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle remote case management effectively.

• Experience delivering teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Specialization in working with specific populations such as children and adolescents, trauma survivors, or those with substance use issues is a plus.
