Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Mental Fitness Masters Hub, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify clientsโ€™ mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Implementing therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring the approach for each clientโ€™s unique circumstances and preferences.
  • Documenting relevant client interactions and maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and security in all communications.

Qualifications
