Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clientsโ€™ mental health needs using standardized diagnostic tools, creating individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services via secure video conferencing or telephonic communication, ensuring each session addresses the unique needs of clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and adjustments to treatment plans based on client progress.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual client preferences.
  • Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications
