• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients through virtual platforms, gathering vital information to inform treatment plans.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele seeking treatment for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on each patient's unique background and experiences will be crucial in fostering trust and facilitating positive outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to deliver effective care in a remote context.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport through virtual interactions.
