Key ResponsibilitiesAs a core member of the Legal Operations team, you will manage high-volume, writing-intensive visa cases while helping optimize a tech-led legal service.Case Preparation: Prepare and draft complex, employment-based visa petitions (primarily O-1 and EB-1) using a proprietary AI platform.End-to-End Management: Own the petition process from initial document organization to ensuring the final 300–1,500 page submission is perfectly assembled.Quality Control: Act as a subject matter expert and copy editor, conducting rigorous quality checks to ensure all documents are flawless before attorney review.Product Collaboration: Interface with product and engineering teams to identify platform issues and propose tech-driven solutions to improve efficiency and document automation.
