• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, with a focus on helping clients build resilience and optimism.
• Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and deliver a holistic approach to mental health.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic strategies and improve client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment approaches, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making and self-advocacy.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Proven ability to deliver customized therapy interventions based on evidence-based methods and a strong understanding of therapeutic theories.
