This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining strong communication with our on-site team in Lebanon. You will utilize telehealth platforms and collaboration tools to connect with clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless service delivery and engagement. • Facilitate peer-led parent support groups that foster a safe and supportive environment for sharing challenges and successes.
• Provide specialized training for parents navigating the complexities of raising children with mental health needs or parenting children with prenatal substance exposure.
• Conduct in-depth temperament counseling sessions with parents to enhance their understanding of their children’s emotional and behavioral needs.
• Perform developmental evaluations for children to assess growth milestones and identify any areas needing intervention.
• Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and social service agencies to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Engage in case management practices to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

As an LCSW in our community health clinic, you will work predominantly with families challenged by mental health issues, parenting complexities, and developmental concerns in children. This includes addressing issues such as child abuse and neglect, substance exposure, and other psychosocial factors impacting family health. Your role is critical in supporting both parents and children through therapeutic interventions and guidance.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare or mental health setting, demonstrating a history of engagement with diverse patient populations.
• Strong background in parent-child intervention strategies and a thorough knowledge of normal child development.
• Experience in social service or healthcare settings, including case management or social work.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation software.
• Experience in leading therapeutic support groups and providing clinical training to families.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to child development, mental health, and family dynamics.
