• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices in therapy.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate techniques.
• Work closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure a holistic approach to client care, ensuring treatment plans are effectively implemented and modified as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing therapeutic techniques and support strategies to stabilize their situation.
• Engage in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives, enhancing mental health literacy and reducing stigma within the communities we serve.

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals from varied cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a therapist at Health Link Now, you will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be critical in addressing the unique experiences and needs of each client, while fostering an environment of trust and understanding.

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with diverse client populations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage documentation and maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health.
• Cultural competence to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds, recognizing and honoring their individual experiences.

• Experience in a community health setting or a similar environment dedicated to serving underrepresented populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in telehealth services and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health care.
