Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at our community health clinic in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. This position is primarily remote, allowing you to offer therapy and counseling to patients in a flexible, accessible manner. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals who share your commitment to trauma-informed care, ensuring that our patients receive holistic support in their recovery journey.

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' backgrounds and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing processes.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, creating a supportive atmosphere where patients can express their feelings, develop coping strategies, and rebuild their lives.
• Engage in collaborative case management, working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated treatment approach.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy and security of patient information.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights on trauma treatment best practices.
• Stay informed about advancements in the field of trauma therapy to continually enhance your practice and patient outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LMFT in Tennessee.
• Your passion for trauma-informed care must be evident, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect compassionately with patients.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure effective case management and documentation practices.
• The ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient care.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, with a focus on trauma-related disorders and therapies.
• Experience using trauma-focused therapeutic approaches, with a strong grasp of resilience-building strategies.
• Adeptness at crisis intervention and maintaining composure under pressure, crucial for supporting patients in distress.
