Ochsner Health in New Orleans is searching for BC/BE, Fellowship-trained Regional Anesthesiologists to join our expanding team of Regional Anesthesiology faculty. The successful candidate will need substantive experience or fellowship training in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management. This opportunity includes involvement with our Acute Pain Service & fellowship training program as well as our highly successful Perioperative Surgical Home. Staff will rotate at our orthopedic specialty hospital as well as our tertiary-care referral hospital locations. In addition to supervising residents and fellows, staff will perform many of their own regional block procedures. Our Regional Anesthesiology team performs over 6,000 regional blocks a year and our volume continues to grow each year. The Department of Anesthesiology includes 70 anesthesiologists, 100 CRNA's, and >45 house staff, with an annual case volume of >52,000. We offer a competitive salary, paid call coverage, dedicated allowance and time off for CME, professional dues and malpractice coverage, and a competitive benefits program.
