Key Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized treatment plans that address clientsโ€™ unique challenges, setting measurable goals for their progress that are regularly reviewed and adjusted to ensure effective outcomes.

  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to empower clients along their recovery journeys.
