What is a remote case manager?

A Remote Case Manager is a professional who coordinates and manages client care or services from a remote location, often using digital tools and communication platforms. They typically work in healthcare, social services, insurance, or related fields, assessing client needs, developing care plans, and ensuring clients receive appropriate support. Remote Case Managers maintain regular contact with clients, providers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or video conferencing.
