• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, integrating standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to create detailed treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to individual, group, and family settings.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and resource referrals as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness around mental health, facilitate workshops, and participate in local initiatives to foster a culture of support and understanding.

You will work with adults and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in not only addressing their immediate psychological needs but also in helping them access additional resources and support that can enhance their overall well-being.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Cultural competency and sensitivity to deliver appropriate care to clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate and timely documentation while complying with legal and ethical standards.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a direct counseling role, particularly in community mental health settings.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities that promote client engagement and retention.
• Experience in crisis intervention and exposure to multidisciplinary teamwork in a mental health context.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
