Master of Emotion, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our innovative team. This position offers a full-time remote working environment, providing you with flexibility in managing your schedule while staying connected with clients and colleagues across various platforms. You will utilize advanced telehealth technology and electronic medical records systems to ensure effective treatment delivery and documentation while minimizing administrative burdens. • Facilitate engaging psychotherapy sessions for individual clients as well as dynamic group therapy sessions for children, families, and multi-family setups, employing techniques such as psychoeducation and discussion-based approaches.
• Provide or coordinate comprehensive case management services, tailoring holistic support structures to meet the specific needs of children and families.
• Actively engage with clients’ families and support networks, collaborating with school-based professionals, childcare providers, and child welfare practitioners to foster an integrated approach to care.
• Implement principles of Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) to guide therapeutic practices and promote inclusivity.
• Contribute to continuous professional development through participation in training sessions, continuing education units (CEUs), and clinical supervision to enhance treatment methodologies.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with agency policies and ethical standards.
• Provide direct mental health assessments, including the screening and diagnosis of mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clients’ developmental needs.

You will be working primarily with children, teenagers, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your focus will include, but not be limited to, emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and substance-related concerns. Utilizing evidence-based practices, you will develop individualized care plans that address specific client needs, fostering resilience and encouraging positive mental health outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• A valid independent mental health licensure in Oregon or the state of residence, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Demonstrable ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• A consistent passion for positively impacting behavioral healthcare practices and client lives.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record systems and electronic correspondence.

• Experience in community-based mental health settings or family-focused therapy.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices related to child and adolescent mental health.
• Familiarity with current best practices in trauma-informed care and cultural competency.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
