Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health needs and establish individualized therapy plans.
  • Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Provide specialized support for clients managing PTSD and other trauma-related disorders, employing personalized treatment strategies.
  • Coordinate case management services, including referrals to ancillary services such as medication management or community resources.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ICD-9 standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance client care and ensure holistic treatment approaches are utilized.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.
