As an Auto Damage Adjuster, you'll guide customers through complex claims with reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will use your technical expertise and industry knowledge to inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

  • Experience & Qualifications:
    • Minimum 12 months of Auto Damage experience required.
    • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
    • Valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
    • Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
    • Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require field and in-office work.
    • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills, with excellent attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
    • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
    • Solid computer and mechanical aptitude.
    • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on them.
  • Availability:
    • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Annual Salary
$36.63 - $57.49
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
