  • Deliver prevention-oriented therapy that is both proactive and reactive based on clients’ evolving needs.
  • Implement, review, and adjust treatment plans regularly to ensure they are effective and aligned with clients’ goals.
  • Work in close collaboration with other treatment providers and placement agencies to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload and document all client interactions meticulously, adhering to clinical standards.
  • Participate actively in regular staff meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to the clinic's culture of continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the clinic's environment by actively participating in outreach and community engagement initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a wide range of individuals seeking mental health support, including those facing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related issues, and other behavioral health challenges. Qualifications
  • A valid and fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW credential.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with advanced degrees preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or related fields, with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing community mental health resources and connecting clients to appropriate services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in community health settings or similar environments.
