Looking for administrative work that will allow you to work remotely?

SHINE Systems is looking for part-time, 40 hours per month remote Support Specialists who are self-starters, detail oriented and well organized with strong communication skills. A college degree is highly desired as is professional work experience.

Candidates MUST reside in a qualified HUBZone today and for the previous 180 days consecutively and provide their address on the resume โ€“ resumes without a home address will not be considered. Documentation confirming continuous residence within a qualified HUBZone will be required. SHINE Systems is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified HUBZone business headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia. We are looking for individuals to learn about and contribute to our business. Work assignments vary depending on SHINE Systems needs and candidate skill set.

All Support Specialists gain valuable experience with Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise, particularly SharePoint. Work tasks and activities may include (but are not limited to) business development, operations, proposals, contracting and research. Work is flexible, year-round, and situated within a virtual environment that is team-based as well as independent.

โ€ข Maintain and update business spreadsheets, documents, and forms
โ€ข Provide administrative support for recruiting processes
โ€ข Support SHINEโ€™s ventures into cybersecurity

Requirements

1. MUST be a resident in a qualified HUBZone. Provide proof of residence within a HUBZone prior to receiving an offer letter (e.g., a valid, unexpired Driverโ€™s License, State Identification Card, Voter Registration card, utility bill, and/or lease agreement). Similar documents are required at regular intervals to meet business HUBZone eligibility requirements throughout employment.
2. Ability to work EXACTLY 40 hours a month.
3. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
4. ACCESS to a computer, reliable internet, and basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel).

5. Availability during business hours preferred.
6. College degree preferred.
