Capstone Mind Wellness & Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs, goals, and preferences, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in the treatment process, adjusting strategies based on client progress and feedback.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses the comprehensive needs of clients.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorders to enhance treatment effectiveness and contribute to clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in mental health practices.
• Serve as an advocate for clients within the community, working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and ensuring their needs are met.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Capstone Mind Wellness & Therapy, you will be working primarily with individuals suffering from mood disorders including, but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our clientele includes diverse groups, such as vulnerable populations like homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Your role will significantly impact their recovery process, providing the necessary support and empowerment needed to overcome their challenges.

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to establish a secure and trusting relationship with clients, exhibiting exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a nonjudgmental and empathetic approach to client interactions, understanding the complexities of their experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management to facilitate adequate workload handling and documentation responsibilities.

• Experience in working with mood disorders and knowledge of relevant treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with integrated care delivery models and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
