โ€ข Supporting TSA (Transition Services Agreement) contract identification and tracking, while managing supplier consent requests during acquisitions and divestitures.
โ€ข Coordinating with IT procurement on contract novations, renewals, and vendor communications, and maintaining an inventory of critical third-party technology contracts.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
โ€ข Hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree or Paralegal Certificate, with 5+ years of corporate or M&A paralegal experience.
โ€ข Have a strong knowledge of corporate governance and contract administration, with experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or private equity transactions.
โ€ข Possess excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
