• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans that meet clients' specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements in the practice of counseling.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health by attending relevant workshops, webinars, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Positive Reset, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, family dynamics, and relationship issues. Our commitment to inclusivity and culturally competent care allows us to connect with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that every individual feels heard and understood throughout their treatment journey.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to the counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, enabling efficient documentation and communication.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly preferred.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-based healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with various assessment tools and therapeutic approaches tailored to diverse client populations.

The Positive Reset Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition to a lucrative salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and unlimited client referrals.
