Are you a marketer who loves building campaigns that deliver measurable impact? Orion Talent is seeking a Digital Recruitment Marketing Specialist to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that connect great companies with top talent. In this role, you will lead digital advertising, content creation, and employer brand initiatives across LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels while also incorporating traditional tactics like billboards, OOH advertising, radio, and collateral. You will bring your marketing expertise to a growing team where creativity, analytics, and execution come together to fuel hiring success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels to attract top talent and promote client employer brands.
  • Develop and deliver campaigns that combine digital and traditional tactics (billboards, flyers, print collateral, local sponsorships) to maximize reach and impact.
  • Create engaging, on-brand creative for ads, social media, landing pages, and email campaigns; design graphics and visuals in Canva.
  • Translate client hiring needs into compelling marketing strategies that build awareness, generate candidate pipelines, and strengthen employer brand positioning.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital marketing metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, recruitment marketing innovations, and new advertising formats to recommend improvements.
  • Partner with recruiters, account managers, and clients to align marketing initiatives with hiring priorities and deliver measurable results.

Requirements
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva with the ability to independently create polished, brand-aligned marketing materials. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma is a plus.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to write compelling job advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, and employer branding materials that attract qualified talent.
  • Skilled in campaign tracking, A/B testing, and reporting on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-lead.
  • Comfortable executing campaigns that span both digital and traditional formats.
  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills with an eye for layout, branding, typography, and candidate engagement.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in B2C, recruitment marketing, or employer branding).
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, design, and execute recruitment marketing campaigns from strategy through launch, including creating visually compelling digital advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
  • Experience developing recruitment marketing strategies for both active and passive candidate audiences across multiple talent segments.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and content strategy is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS: The Digital Recruitment Marketing Specialist will work in a remote office environment.
