• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help patients manage their conditions effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, discussing patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcome.
• Provide patients and families with education on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to foster a greater understanding of their mental health journey.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and advancements in mental health to enhance clinical practice and integrate new methodologies into treatment.

This LCSW role targets a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
